If you hold a current, exam-obtained licence in one of those, you can apply to Georgia without sitting the Georgia examination.

An electrician who got their South Carolina licence through South Carolina's own reciprocity arrangement with somewhere else does not qualify in Georgia, because the licence was not exam-obtained. The same applies to a licence issued under a grandfather provision. Georgia is accepting an exam, and if there is no exam behind the licence there is nothing for it to accept.

Why the "Georgia master electrician licence" search leads nowhere
A lot of people arrive looking for Georgia master electrician reciprocity. Georgia does not issue a master electrician licence, so there is nothing to reciprocate under that name.
